Conrad Hurlbert LeBlanc Inc. Chartered Professional Accountants was started in July of 2008. The founding partners are Michael Conrad, CPA, CA, Eugene Hurlbert, CPA, CA and Angela Cushing-Greene, CPA, CA, BComm. We focus on providing our clients with quality service and a sound, professional relationship, which is key to understanding how to help our clients grow and manage their businesses.
Currently, we have a staff size which ranges from 15t – 19 individuals. We pride ourselves in selecting people who are committed to a high quality of work, which both protects and helps our clients .

Michael Conrad, CPA, CA Partner Michael is a graduate of Acadia University, achieving honours standings in both his university career and in his further studies in the Atlantic School of Chartered Accountancy. He obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2001 and has also completed further specialized training in tax, designating him a Tax Specialist. Michael has practiced solely in the local area, collecting valuable knowledge on local industries and the challenges facing our businesses. |
Eugene Hurlbert, CPA, CA Partner Eugene obtained his Chartered Accountant designation from the Atlantic School of Chartered Accountancy in 1976. Because of his work in different industries, Eugene has already proven his ability to meet client needs with his experience in all facets of accounting. He has practiced in the local area for over 40 years, in Amherst for 4 years, and has intricate knowledge of a large base of businesses ranging from large companies to sole proprietors and extensive work in other industries. |
Angela Cushing-Greene, CPA, CA, BComm Partner Angie is a graduate of Saint Mary’s University and obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 2004. Since then, she has obtained her audit experience through working for a large, international accounting firm and a local, national firm. She completed the In-Depth Tax course in 2009, earning the title Tax Specialist. Her background consists of audits of multi-million dollar, international corporations to audits of small, not-for-profit charities. |
